We have been doing lots of adding this week and recording our answers. We have been using cubes to add and count. We have been looking at sums e.g. 2 and 3. We know you need to have 2 cubes on one side and 3 cubes on the other side. You then need to count up how many altogether to get the answer.
Mrs Merron has been very impressed with our adding skills.
You could try adding things at home e.g. 2 socks and/plus/add 2 socks, how many altogether? 1 apple and 2 apples, how many altogether?
