P2 O'Prey watched a DVD about children re-using bottles, barrels and boxes to make musical instruments. It gave us an idea. We decided to re-use old Christmas cards to make something new. The children made cards, pictures and decorations. What old things do you have at home? Can you re-use them? How about decorating an old pillowslip to make a Christmas stocking or making an old shoe box into a Nativity scene. When you re-use something it means less rubbish which is great for the environment. Happy making!
