How Plants Grow

We have been talking about what plants need to grow. We think they need, water, sun (light), soil and air. We decided to do an experiment to see what they need. We have planted 4 bulbs.

Pot 1: Light, soil and water

Pot 2: light, soil and no water

Pot 3: light, no soil and water

Pot 4: no light, soil and water

Everyone helped to plant and organise the experiment. We are now waiting to see what happens. We did make some predictions (what we think might happen). We will have to wait to find out.

We also planted some Daffodil bulbs for Mrs Quinn in a big container. We can't wait to see them grow!
